Problem when attempting to buy tickets with my credit card :( Foro / Espacio de nuevos usuarios

Im trying to buy 'X' ammoung of tickets, using either CCBILL or EPOCH, and, well, EPOCH never worked for me, I had to choose CCBILL to suscribe to VGHD. But now when I try to buy tickets, it tells me I've been denied because I already have a suscription... and I cant 'suscribe' again (wich I'm not attempting to)
I already contacted the support team by using the support form, and theyve told me they are aware of this bug, and they will soon find a solution, but, I am wondering..
Am I the only one with that issue? is anyone else having the same problem?

I can confirm this problem.
Unfortunately I can only use CCBILL because I don't own a credit card.
I hope the problem will soon be solved.

I had this exact problem when I joined in Nov 07. I bought a few tickets as a trial and then tried to buy a membership (Both from CCBill). Same thing as you - told that I was already a member when I tried to purchase the membership.
I tried the 24/7 online chat help - they were useless! I submitted the online form and was told to buy the membership via Epoch, which I didn't want to do. Eventually, I went through CCBill's customer service. They had to cancel the first account (from buying the tickets) before I could buy the membership. Took a few days, but it eventually worked.
The only problem I had after that was the first card I got from my membership was one that I bought with my tickets - but I was credited with an extra ticket for this.
