I bought three girls through the website and downloaded all the software but when i click the button to brin up my collection there are only a couple of demos. how do i get the girl i biught to dance on my desktop?

In general it's a good idea to post all cries for tech help in the "Bugs..."part of the forum.
You can also go to the help screen & contact customer service & explain your problem clearly to them. It will take them 'til tomorrow to get back to you usually.
I'd do both...but do go to the above thread & post at least once so folk can see it's a multi person problem.
