I was thinking that since everything is better with strippers, I wanted to know if anyone found a way to play VGHD above games in full screen mode.

If you Play the game in window mode it works.
but if it is a game where you use the mouse too fire or something and you klick on a girl it will change to discreet mode...
Its very nice to play games with girls on top :)
