Just joined and purchased card but don't know where to go to see 30 min video. Can anybody help?

Go to the "V" symbol in your systray (below)
Right click on it..
Left click on "My collection"
Put a check in box next to Jana H "California Suit"
Click on "Desktop settings" in upper left of screen...
Make sure ALL boxes are checked in "Erotic Levels" (except "all audiences" which has no function now)
Click back to "My collection"
Clock on the "Play" button (arrow)
Here she comes & away you go...
(Or away she goes & here you cum....whatever you choose!)
You can left click on "V" once you've set up yer girls as above to have them dance or go away.
Left clicking on your dancer in action will change her size on desktop!
Shows play in segments not all at once.
After you become familiar with settings you can control your shows by checking off boxes in "EROTIC LEVELS" section.
To have only 1 girl play you must un check all other babes...
Alas, clips do not play in a row...clothed to naked....
Totem's into the random thing!
Trailers will ONLY play if "Lightly sexy" is checked....This activates the Non-nude clips.

Video is grayed over and wont play. Now what?

hello @crimsonrider you must use the program VG for play the show.

in the last picture you see the little icone V in red color, that for play the show, you clic on. when this icone is black then the show not play.

I understand but video is grayed out and the play arrow cannot be clicked. It seems that the video did not download completely

clic on the card and see if you have not the message, download the full show.

is importante in préférence to active all nudity lvl.

Lets go back to basics.

What does the Advanced Tab have to say on the subject?
You should see at least three things.
The blue pictures MUST have green bars.
The models picture MUST have a green bar.

If not... you are not going to get anywhere.

Okay, I have managed to create this problem using 1.0.4.63. The animations have finished downloading. The shows in my collection stay gray. I can not select to play them (but in my case I have others that still play).

I have not found a fix yet (assuming there is one to be found).

Edit: Okay: Found the problem. A file that should have been deleted was not. Assuming you have no shows downloading, have a look for a file of type a0000.vhdaskshows replace a0000 with the number of one of your shows.

I believe vghd crashed after the show downloaded before it had updated the file. I am going to download the show again later to see if any files are missing.

Maybe you need to update to the latest version? (1.0.4.65)

There were some clips that didn't play... a bug they fixed in the latest version.

Is it gray that means the girlsshow is not jet download. I have download about the virtua girl deskbabes but my collection was gone. I have uninstalled the deskbabes and than again installed it, but than the program must download your collection totally. And have you got like me a large collection you are for a few days busy until everthing is fixed. You can only download your own collection as you put your inlogname and password for you get download and lost youe inlogname or password no matter go the help section and going to the tab customer service and you can found your personal data to get farther.

One day people will learn.

If you uninstall the software it has a tendancy to delete the models folder. You have to download all your shows again.
Its is written ALL over the forums.

NO ONE EVER EVER EVER needs to uninstall the software unless they don't want to use it ever again.

So the simple answer, is do NOT uninstall the software. ONLY install the new software on top (perhaps making sure it is not running before you start!)
