More fun with numbers.

Ever heard the expression: "Talk about me, bad or good, but talk about

me"?

I've digged for the girls with the most and the least topics or threads

dedicated to them, for whatever reason: art, doubts, critiques, fan

love, tecnical issues... you name it.

The girls that generated more topics about them to date are:

Ariel 68 topics
Nella 52 topics
Eufrat 40 topics
Chems 33 topics
Morgane 33 topics

The girls that scored the least topics about them to date are:

Jennifer Galvina 0 topics
Heaven 0 topics
Keana Moire 1 topic
Carla Pacini 1 topic
Manon 1 topic

Note that the searching tool requires at least 4 characters for a

search, so i wasn't able to find the scores for Zoe, Tea and Mai. (fix

that searcher, Totem fellows)

The total amount of topics or threads posted to the moment i'm writing

this is: 9188 topics.
BUT...
Only around 1300 of those topics have the name of a Vgirl in it title.

Hum. If we are all here for the girls, what the hell are we been

talking about most of the time?

I count that there are currently 9912 topics (threads?).
That is counting all categories that VIP members (those not testing cards) can see in all five languages.

@Oquijan -- I must commend you for your detective work. And being that I am still a new user in all regards this is a very interesting thread. Makes me wish I had stumbled upon VGHD sooner. Thank you Oquijan for shedding some light on the past.
Keep up the good work Sherlock!!

Yup, JonC001. But as i said above, there was 9188 topics at the moment i was writing the post. The forum is always growing and in a few hours, or minutes, the numbers won't match your counting either. ;)

Thanks, EvilDoer360. Let's see what else we can unearth. ;)

No new topics have been written in any language since your post talking about the number of topics.
The difference (between your count and my count) is several hundred topics.

I see, might be a difference with some preferences o' mine and i might missed one of the non english forums. Thanks, for the info. But, also, this is not rocket science, nor an utterly research study. I try to be accurate, but this is for fun, and i might miss some numbers or info from time to time, but i'm not obsessive about it. If you are, by all means go to do your own search and post your results. Not my intention here to debate such an arid matters.

Ok. I saw the problem. I deactivated the french forum in my preferences. So, the above numbers does not include those who might be there. If anybody want to search there and find if something modify the raw numbers, be my guest. ;)

What does this girls have in common?

They are dancing advertising.

Those logos in their chest belong to other adult sites.

Clever, hu?

Subtle... almost subliminal...

And yes, there might be other girls advertising stuff that i didn't include in here.

You can find the complete list of VG2 models here -

Not sure about where to find info on the original VG though.

As many people that wasn't here in the early days, sometimes i get puzzled for obscure references about girls and features from the past. So i took a look and i,ve found many interesting things for us the, well, basically newbies to Totem entertainment.

This gonna take a while to post, so please wait till the whole thing is posted before adding some comments. ;)

Ever heard about MP3.Dancer? This is one of the earlier products from Totem, released about a decade ago. The program features male and female dancers that move on your desktop to the rhythm of the music you're listening. They are really tiny, about one inch high. The program featured some special effects and visual options.

Back then, you needed a membership worth 14.95$ to get a month access to all the content.

VirtuaGirl, also known as VG 1, saw the light back on 1998. It was conceived by Richard Excoffier and Hervé Lucci, that were computer game engineers at the time.

Mixing video games with adult content was a huge success, as we all can agree.

It seems that the free trailers were a great idea to promote the software back then, and that explains why those server eaters are still around in a similar fashion today.

A subscription for a month was 24.95$ in those days. You could also order a cdrom for 39.95$, shipping and handling included.

Here some screen shoots related to the program.

And here, meet the girls from VirtuaGirl. Seems to be a complete list this that i've compiled, but if something is missing, please post the absent pieces.

As today version, those models also had more than one show, so the list is only for individual models.

Stripsaver was another product from the TotemCash company. Basically it was pretty much the same screensaver feature we have today with VGHD, but obviously a lot more elementary.

featuring the same girls of VG, the idea was to provide an adult oriented screensaver at full size and with higher resolution. It also came handy to reprocess some older shows.

Here some pics of the first StripSaver.

VirtuaGirl 2 was launched back on 2003.

This as the company line:

"VirtuaGirl 2 is a shareware program featuring strippers on your desktop. They say hi in the morning, remind you of your appointments and dance and strip for you whenever you want them to. Our new video format features high resolution girls, 60% larger than before. We've added a very powerful zoom that can scale to an additional 200%. You’ll now get crisp edges and enough resolution to see all the details of each stripper. Plus a new interface. You won’t believe your eyes! Members get dozens of different girls all stripping and caressing themselves on your PC desktop. We also provide video clips and photo sets of each girl and a free membership to an adult megasite is included. We keep adding girls all the time, Blondes, Brunettes, Asians, Lesbians, we got them all."

The VG2 version had bonus content tha seems a lot more hot than current VGHD. Yup, there was toys (in the videos anyway). Also there was more variety with the models types and ethnic origins.

Here some pics and screenshoots.

And here, meet the models from VG2. This list that i compiled is complete to the best of my knowledge, but if something is missing, feel free to add it.

After seen the girls from V1, V2 and current VGHD, i would say that VG2 featured the most attractive girls, but that's just my opinion and, well, VGHD still is on and can end up having the best cast ever.

Hopefully.
