I'm still pretty new here and was wondering if someone could help me out. Recently I recieved five free cards (Carol G - No Secret, Misa - Little Secrets, Liliane Tiger - Demolition Girl, Walleria - Puerto Rico, and Susan - Smart Girl). I didn't earn these cards in any way nor did I purchase them. I was never charged for them. They were just there one day. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is it some kind of scam? Will I be charged for them later on? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Must be the girls from last weekends bug...
They were your trailers last weekend and because of the bug, they became full versions...
You don't will be charged for them, totem told us, that we can keep them for free.


(But if they will ever come to your "Trailers" again, their full shows disappeared and they will be only trailers again -.- )

Hello. You got the shows because of a bug that delivered free shows to thousands of users. The company decided to let the lucky members to keep the cards, no charge. Those shows are rightfully yours now. So don't worry and enjoy. :)

Well, no rights for this one i guess; Totem did get 1 of the 5 shows back allready!

That it was Totem is simple to proof ~ the card did also disappearing from My Profile ;-)

i downloaded some full shows of models...but i dont know how to add them to my collection....need help regarding it....i need it urgently

You can download as many as you want, but you wont get them to play!
When you buy a show, you're buying the rights to play & keep it. The rights are tagged to your account, & the programme only plays shows in your account. So, no rights, no play, unfortunately!

You currently have zero cards.
That means that you do not have any full shows.

If you downloaded anything, that would have only been the trailers.

The trailers are free and expire after a period of time (except for those with a subscription who get them as full cards).

The full cards need to be purchased.
If you have tickets, you can use them to purchase the trailers for two tickets each. The special (only one special at a time, and it is the same for all members) costs only one ticket. All other cards also cost two tickets.

So to put it clearly wyldeminroy:
For manual downloads-
First you have to buy an amount of tickets (that you choose)on the "buy girls" screen (with credit card)and use these tickets to purchase your chosen shows.
Then click on the girls page you want OR the special card that's happening, OR the trailer in your collection that you want to buy & click "buy her full show"
Follow instructions on pop up screen & her download screen.
Then click on "download her now" to begin download process.
Make sure "allow for background downloading after program quits" is checked on downloads screen.
You will see the progress of your download on the "downloads" screen.
You must first purchase tickets before you can download girls ala carte.
