I didn't see a search button so I appologize if this has been asked 100 times. Whan I go to my download page it tells me it downloaded a new girl/show but when I look at "My Collection" they are not in there. Anyone else having the same thing happening?

To ease the heavy load of the servers around midnight the card for tomorrow is downloaded sometime during the day before. The card is then released to you at midnight. This is probably why you see the card downloaded but not active in your collection :)

I was just trying to find an answer to the same question. I hadn't thought of looking at the calendar or I would have known that was the case.

For the last 2 nights I've not gotten my new card. Lucianna "red Passion" was the last to DL and it doesn't even show up yet.
