HOW TO UPGRADE to a NEW Premium plan :

If you want to upgrade to a new Premium Plan, you need to cancel first your previous Premium.
Once the last period paid (for ex. on April 20 if you latest rebill occured on March 21), your previous Premium will cut then you will be able to subscribe a new one.


HOW TO CANCEL your previous Premium :

Here is the process depending on the Biller you had used :


EPOCH :

• visit the Epoch support page here : https://epoch.com/billing_support/find_purchase
• Fill in the required information

--> This information appears in the email you had received from [email protected] when you had subscribed.


SEGPAY :

• visit the Segpay support page here : https://cs.segpay.com/
• Fill in the required information

--> This information appears in the email you had received from [email protected] when you had subscribed.

Note : on https://cs.segpay.com/ you can also update your credit card details so that your membership does not cut when your card expire

NETBILLING, TRUSTPAY, BABYDOLZ :

I for one like Segay. Its easier to cancel and make changes, Good luck trying to cancel subscription with epoch there service portal is ***** and useless.
