I am new. I cant find Shay Laren in the Girl store? Can any one help?

Please clarify, what have you done so far within the Client to not find her.
You have the Filter Options and the Search Bar, and you should able for sure
to see her Cards in the Girls Store.

Because she is not part of the old Virtua Girl Universe, according to your Account.

Also go to Settings and Update your Version to the most recent one,
to benefit from the optimized Filters and Search Function,
to make sure to be able to find her, even if it is possible on your current Version.
