Actually, if we are actually talking about the Start Menu, I do not see ANY programs that allow you directly remove it from the Start Menu. Unless it is an option I haven't turned somewhere? The only way I know is outlined by Gorfa91 above.
I don't delete my shortcut though but rename it. Mine is called 'iDesktop' and I have changed the icon too. If someone else clicks on it it brings up the password screen (set in settings). If you move the shortcut out of the iStripper folder into the main Programs folder you can then delete any further iStripper install folders that get created on updates and the altered one will remain in place. Deleting the folder deletes the main shortcut too.
If you want to look manually the start menu is actually in two places -
C:/Program Data/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu
C:/Users/(*your named folder*)/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu
Make sure you have hidden folders turned to 'show'. Also in these folders are the Start-up folders if you want to stop it loading at startup, delete the shortcut from the start-up folder.
