I pre-paid for the next 7 cards during black Friday, and bought the advent calendar - and I know for sure that Boni and the Katrina card that is stuck in the shop were both in the black friday pre-pay and now Boni is also first card in the advent calendar - so guess I paid for her show twice. As well as Katrina now adding auto into my collection. =/

So Katrina should've been auto added today to the collection of every person that preordered this weeks cards during black Friday.

Every single time...you can count on the system to be broken. Not even sure why the team tries to do these weekend releases. Just stick to what works, 3 card on Friday...I don't think ANYONE ever ***** about that

Also, this is specifally why I won't be pruchasing the Advent calendar. Because I'll be disappointed every weekend with some bug that won't let me access the cards

Hah I like your optimism. But support is non existent on weekends, probably won't get this resolved until Monday morning

@Kutta - there has already been, several hours ago, a post here from Totem acknowledging that they have a bug "at thier end" and that they will correct matters on Monday.

@TheEmu I'm aware of that. That's why I said it probably won't be resolved until Monday. If we had support on weekends it would've already been resolved...that's my point

Oui il y a un bogue avec la carte de Katrina Moreno. Carte qui aurait dû être ajoutée automatiquement dans ma collection, vu que j'ai acheté le pack de précommande de 7 cartes durant la black Friday.

Cela va être assurément corrigé lundi par l'équipe de Totem.

Pour ce qui est de la carte de Boni, j'ai cru comprendre qu'elle fait partie de ce pack de précommande de 7 cartes et également du calendrier de l'avent.

Mais comme elle a déjà été payée, j'ai payé pour 23 cartes au lieu de 24 cartes dans l'achat du calendrier de l'avant.

Donc, elle n'a pas été payée deux fois.

What happens if you brought the 7 day advance from the black friday deal?
will we be affected by a high cost by already paying for this sat/sun shows?

I did bring this up on Friday that the maths don't addup!
not a real problem as long as it resolved on Monday
and calender readjusted for the people that took part in the black Friday pre order

@Kutta - you said "support is non-existant at weekends". The post I referred to is proof that is not the case - it is evidence that there has been at least some support this weekend even if it was not able to immediately fix matters.

The Boni Card is Not Released Till December 2nd.

Problem is that I Pre-payed 7 cards last weekend and have only received 6 this far... the Katrina card has not been added today.

Also, 24 minus 2 is 22 not 23... so if we do the math we are actually paying for the 25th and supposedly free card if we bought the Pre-payed pack last weekend.

that's not correct because the Katrina Moreno card is not part of the Advent Calendar.

remember, Advent Calendar buyers became the show one day in advance.

I stand corrected. I had missed that the free card is added at the 26th... that makes is 25 cards in the calendar plus one free. 25-2 = 23. 👍

No matter how you count I still is short the Katrina card... and I hope this one will be added to my account on Monday since I have already paid for it with the Pre-purchase last weekend.

@kutta: Brought the prepay 7, but not the advent calendar = missing the Katrina card, Boni not available yet.

@Need someone who didn't prepay 7 but bought the advent calendar = has Boni but not Katrina.

Yes, I think there is a ***** BUG.
Members who BOTH preOrdered, and have the Advent Calendar.
Did not Unlock today's Katrina Card as part of the PrePay order.
It is Shown in the Store Tab as available for purchase.

DO NOT buy it again...

Of course it is the weekend, and the team will address it on Monday.

Well it is Dec 1 so I should be able to open box #2 and maybe even download but I can't play it until Dec 2.

Funny, I can see the new card on the web or I assume as it wasn't the card obtained for the 1st.

The usual introduce this feature on a weekend and then it doesn't work all weekend.

Boni appeared in my collection, only Katrina is missing from the preorder.

@Wyldanimal: Thanks for the post, and I am sure it will be addressd tomorrow, but I just wanted to note that also people who did not have the advent calendar, but pre-ordered the cards did not receive the Katrina card into their collection. I bought the advent calendar last night, and the Katrina card did not show up either before or after. From this, and from what other people have been posting I take it to be a general bug with the pre-order regardless whetther you have the advent calendar or not (which I am enjoying, esp. the moment when the door of the day lights up..).

With regards to the flames - it is actually Totems "Flame" fullscreen scene shoved through a couple of @TheEmu2s tunnels and some lighting effects added.

I think it's probably too much to ask the Powers That Be to put a duo in the Advent Calendar since I am kind of missing your kissing girls wallpapers. There's nothing stopping me, or you, for that matter from doing some wishful thinking though.

Well after getting a preview of boni I can def say this friday im going to hop on board to get the advent calender. 😍 And since this is only the 2nd day of 25 i am getting more excited to see what else is in store 😄
