garbage boosters.. 80 credits for 2 HD shows and the rest old ass garbage.. Why would anyone waste credits on this? Bring back the OLD boosters which were all current cards and actually WERE a deal..

Another rubbish deal. I have no interest in any of the girls on the first set, so I'm not wasting money just to see if anything decent comes along in later sets. Just one thing Totem, why so many old cards? Surely if triple Diamond members had wanted these we would already have bought them! I have also noticed that with these so called offers you avoid members wish list girls like the plague; this also happens with previews!!

... The older cards are fine... part of having a choice. - and , speaking of which , how about letting the customers make a choice ( 1/2 ) of the cards to get... ;)

@Haggis, @CVSiN But doesn't the booster pack selection change from user to user? I mean, if you're triple diamond member and bought nearly all the cards from nearly all your favorite models, how could they include many of your desired cards in their booster pack for you? The inventory is getting scarce for you.

I have just about completed my collections of all my favorite models, so understandably also the cards I am getting on offer in this booster pack, contain mostly those models that I am not that much interested in. But I'm sure members with smaller collections do get some pretty good deals here.

The general purpose of the booster packs, as I understand it, is to help folks catch up to the triple-diamonds on old material that they may want. Putting newer stuff into heavy discount deals really does not make good business sense unless the business is desperate for building up a customer base. Totem already has a solid base right now, at least from outward appearances. 😀

I'll not buy any booster pack that at least match with my wishlist (too much waste and no fun), i'll buy cards myself rather than buy pack with cards i don't need (begining to be serious... And will totem staff give a try?).

I always think of special offers made by any enterprise as ways for them to increase their income, not as ways of giving their customers a present though that may also play a part. They are not primarily for the benefit of the customers but are intended to benefit the seller. Totem should be no different to any other company in this respect.

Most of Totem's special offers take the form of encouraging us to buy cards that we might not otherwise consider, after all there is little point in reducing the cost of any cards that we have already indicated that we are likely to buy at the full price. There is even an economic argument that Totem should exclude cards on our wishlists from any booster packs. it's not a particularly good argument because it ignores the probable effect on customer satisfaction if such a policy was known to be applied. I can, however, see merit in offers that would mix a card from the wishlist with three or four selected at random.

@njarnb - though you may get no fun unless the cards match your wishes others get fun from not knowing in advance just what they are getting - its a bit like opening a Kinder Surprise chocolate egg. You already have a way to buy selectively, and as a triple diamond members we get a large discount which you can regard as a permanant special offer if it will make you happier.
