Just had to take this app off of my laptop because once I updated to the latest version of i Stripper it worked for about a week or so and then just stopped working.

I tried to reinstall it and, after four attempts of putting the same password in and being told that irt was wrong it was finally accepted. My next problem was that I had gone from being a platinum member, with 104 cards and 108.45 credits to my name, all the way to being a free member with no cards and no credits.

I'm glad I had this on my PC too or I wouldn't even be able to put my problem up here on this forum, (newbee's get nothng on here).

I don't think I'll be downloading the latest version onto my laptop just incase the same thing happens. What a waste of money that would be, hey?

I get it when peeps get upset when things don't always work as they should.
You haven't ***** any money, my friend.

Click on the SUPPORT button then 'Contact us' and state your grievance. Include as much info as possible and I guarantee you that the iStripper team will do everything they can to resolve your issue.

Personally, over the many years I've been involved with VG/iStripper, I've NEVER had a reason to be disgruntled with their service. Contrary to some members' opinions, they always try to figure out what's going wrong for members. I've also never really had a major problem that I couldn't figure out for myself. The software just works for me :)

Please be patient. Take a breath and contact the CS or support team BEFORE throwing this out to the rest of the membership.

It could be something YOU did that caused the issue. The team need to know this stuff to prevent it happening again... They are very good at this if they know what caused the issues.


Again, since I joined, my software has always done what it said on the box. It plays the cards/clips and much more if you care to stick around and enjoy all the member add-ons like skins, custom cards and fullscreen scenes. It's all good, my friend 😊

Hi HombreSinSombra, thanks for the advice. I'll try to download it to my laptop again and see how it goes this time. I guess the thing that gets me down the most is that this only happens whenever I download the latest version and this is about the third time something's gone wrong for me so far and I only joined in December. Glad things are going well for you though. :o)

I'll let you know how I get along with it. :o)

1st, Never unInstall the previous version..
This is what creates issues.. and many Members do it..
They Uninstall the cureent version to Download and install the new one..

The Software is Designed to Install Over top of the Old Version..

When you Install a new version, there is a screen that Says "Welcome you are One Step away...."
In very small print, is I already have an Account..

That is what Cause you to Have a New User with No cards and No Credits..

You didn't click on that small link.

you now ho to go to options, put a check mark in Advance
then Click on Register Again.
