Greetings and thank you for such a wonderful product. I had seen ads for it for quite a while and boy am I glad I got it. It has been very "entertaining". I have a little disappointing issue however that is making it less enjoyable and I hope you can help with it. From time to time, while downloading either previews or full shows, I get a 0k download speed that just spins and spins for some minutes until I finally decide to close it out and try again later. I am trying to identify the source of the delay and can't determine the cause. Is it because of the server activity? (I know its a very popular program so you have LOTS of traffic.) Could it be a deliberate attempt by an ISP to "discourage such activity"? I have one of the larger ISPs in America and I am always suspicious of their business model and customer *****. Could it just be a communication issue involving just my network equipment. Granted, I know that's "my problem" but if you have a suggestion I could try I will give it consideration. My average connection speed is about 1Mb/s based on the info I get from your program although sometimes it goes well below dial-up and even drops to zero, at which point I just give up. Any ideas what I can do about it? I 'm sure we'd all like to know. Thank you very much.
