Step 1
Settings
Activated the "Advanced settings".
CLIPS
Set Preview Push to "Never".
Step 2
Tab Preview
Deactivate any Preview card by clicking the checkmark symbol.
Both steps must be executed so that no preview cards are displayed anymore.

Up to 7 preview cards can be selected. If an eighth preview card is selected, the first preview card is deleted from the view (first card in and first card out).

How to set display for small size and start up begin/stay in right bottom corder and not left??? Then center when enlarged

You can change the position of the clips on the desktop (small mode).
Click and hold the left mouse button on a playing clip.
Now move the mouse to a new position.
Release the mouse button.
The newer maps since the end of 2014 (iStripper) can change the position randomly. These transition clips can not be played directly.

Spidey. I'm sure you know as well as I do that the transition clips CAN be played thru 3rd party add-on programs. Certainly with Wyldanimal's original one 😎 Not sure about the other two by @Starryk and @Gatonegro but I'm guessing that they work in a similar way.
As an ex QA tester, it was necessary to view these transition clips.
For those who want to view these clips on demand (some are really cute and funny), download and install one of the three add-ons mentioned. The transition clips all have 'it' in their file names😇
