hi , I have an idea , you want cheaper cards : I thought of a mini contest , 1 in 5 chance of winning, each paying € 1 input , and a draw is made, and the winner RECEIVE 5 € to purchase a card.

Each Spent 5 and Won 5.

There's no such thing as a Free Ride....
and Besides, It's against the law to run such a lottery as you describe.

no, but you can play on time and if you win, you can stop play, in that case, you have a card for 1€
