Hi guys just wondering if the members of istripper could remove priscilia jones from my account and credit me from her card so I can replace her with a new model who isn't removed I still haven't been able to play her since a few months back when I thought I could update her card to 1080p and it deleted her shows. Any help much appreciated

When you update from the 720p to 1080p resolution of the cards of Priscilia Jones then
# are deleting the 720p clips from your folder
# and not downloading the 1080p clips.

You don't have clips of this card and can not play this card.

Send a request to customer service via the help tab to get a refund of your Priscilla Jones cards as she has been removed from the store by her request. Her cards can not be downloaded anymore.

Thanks for your help I am now just waiting on a reply from totem support. Will they remove her card from my account so she won't show up on the app anymore?
