I am missing picture cards for anissa kate bourgeoise libertine and ava courcelles solo. tried searching for some info and couldn't find any. tried deleting and reloading them, no change. not a big deal. the shows are there. just kind of annoying.

Try clicking 'check for updates' on the individual cards.
Any files that were deleted will be added again, but also the picture will be added.

If necessary, you may need to close the program, then reopen it.

Perhaps right click on "Sync with server" and "Rebuild all" will do the trick ..

Interesting .. have you checked the data folder of these cards .. what do you have in there .. is there a text document and three pictures or nothing? Or are there some files with .dlmcdf extension perhaps? If so, you must delete them. Quit VGHD and its Downloader and delete all these .dlmcdf files. Restart and then "check for updates" again.

Then it's probably my fault .. Sometimes, when download gets interrupted it ends with a file, which has extension .dlmcdf. It's an indicator of incomplete download. When an image or whatsoever file is corrupted, might happen that the software won't fix it, if you choose to update or rebuild, 'cause it sees that the file already exists.

To fix this problem, you must delete these .dlmcdf files manually (if you have any) and then software will reload the card normally.

You say you deleted these cards .. what exactly did you delete?

A normal card's data (picture card) folder should look like this one above

Edit: I'm asking, 'cause the picture cards of the shows are stored in Data folder, animations in Models folder. If you deleted and reloaded animations, it won't fix the problem ..

see I am not sure where to find this folder. I have my models folder on an external hard drive and I do not see it in there. see its not your fault I am not good with computers

Data folder should be on the main (C) drive.

Go to My Computer .. Windows(C:) .. Users .. Your username .. AppData .. Local .. vghd .. and there are two folders: bin and data. Data is the one you need. There are all the picture cards.

But in case you can't see the AppData (it's hidden by default), go to Control Panel first .. Folder Options .. choose "view" and then mark the "show hidden files and folders". Your AppData should be visible now ..
