You cannot sell your collection. It's a ***** of the terms and conditions.
Your collection cannot be merged with an existing account and suspicious activity, such as account info that's possibly been sold, would likely result in the account being closed by Totem. Inactive and inaccessible.

Actually it's a bit *****, 'cause if you've bought your collection, so why you just can't sell it, if anyone would be interested in of course. You can sell a car or a laptop, etc ... but not a models collection to another member ... It would stay connected to Totem anyway. It's all an account specific, but what if to sell the whole profile ... Computer-specific settings can be changed, to make it work for servers ... I know it won't be good for Totem sales numbers, if members start to sell their collections to each other, but still...

Selling your account is against the Terms and may result in Totem terminating your account...
From the TOS:
"As a member of the website, you may NOT disclose your login and password to any third party. Disclosing your login and password to any third party grants Totem Entertainment to restrict your access to the website."
"Totem Entertainment gives you a limited nonexclusive, non-transferable and non-revocable license..."
It's your and you are not allowed to sell it or even give it away to anyone else...
PS. Remember Totem can track your IP... so if they detect any suspicious activity that might be enough for them to close your account.

..would this interfere with getting a 'new computer', and transfering all one's links from one to the other?? - have condemplated getting a new pc,.. and putting my favorite links on it... thanks.

That's not a problem. You are allowed 2 installs. There is a permanent thread: Forum > Bugs & Fixes > Too Many installs where you can ask the moderators to remove your old computer when you buy a new one. I just replaced my desktop and I also have VG on my laptop. A message to the mods and I was good to go.

Regardless of the rules and TOS. Don, I've been desperate but I don't think I could ever stoop so low as to try this one. Seriously? If you are so in need of cash, or food even, I'm sure that they have charities that cater to destitute people in Canada. I've been there, on my ass. Trust me. But I never would have dreamed of something as stupid as this idea of yours. Total FAIL! I hope you solve your problems soon. I'm not being nasty. I ***** seeing people down as I know how that feels. I promise you, it will get better :)

Personally I won't sell the collection for any money - these girls are priceless - emotionally, but every person may have their very own reasons.
Perhaps the guy just decided to quit, as he says, not using the program anymore, lost the interest, suppose ... but don't want to throw all the stuff just away either.
So, how to be?
My hypothesis was rather technical. In principle such a transaction should be possible, if not the rules of course ... For example, if you'd buy my PC with VGHD and other cool, but licensed stuff installed on it, you'd be able to use them with no problem, 'cause that's the right computer and no one can prevent anyone to sell its PC
IP address changes shouldn't be used as a factor, because people are traveling around the world a lot today, working abroad and so on...

First Off It's a Complete ***** of the Terms you Agreed too, when you Installed the Software.
You Don't OWN the Cards. You OWN Rights to View the Cards.
And they can not be Transferred.
It's the Same with almost 100% of all Software.
You Only have Rights for Use, you Do not Own the Software..
You can not Sell or Transfer Something that you Don't own.
Ok for Humor...

At Totem's Lowest Subscription rate of $0.28 per card that's about $150..
It's Used and I want a Deal..
So Maybe it would be worth.. Ten Cents on the Dollar
So $15.00 bucks..
