hey there,
i just bought a new card (ariel & miela) but it only appears on my website account, not on the software. how to download a card manually?

Go to Settings and click on Advanced then click on Synchronize with server. Wait and see if it appears in your My collection with a download button.

If it does not Right click Synchronize with server and click on rebuild all, wait for V icon to stop spinning it should now appear in your collection.

If not reply back and good luck.

okay... thx but:
i tried the two suggestions, and now my entire collection is empty and doesn't want to reload. when i click on synchronize with server it is done after about 2 seconds. nothing happens after that.

Okay one more thing is to try re-register. Right click Synchronize with server and click register again. For this you need your v number and password. But it will most likely reset your demo carousel.

If this does not work then you will have to log a request with customer services in the help section.
