@CyberVixen, if i was one of the girls i would not really care. And in this current challenge Melisa have 5 votes against Mayas 4 so its really close.

I dont know how other members feel but im just voting for the girl i like the most and in this case it was Melisa. I dont have anything against Maya at all its a cute girl for sure.

When you say that the lower rated models in here COULD feel upset if they watch it how is it for them to see the rating on the website then? its like the same thing if you ask me.

Very good point, Robbanzjo. Also, if the models were to read some of the incredibly nasty comments left about some models in the "comments" section (with a direct link from their card), it would certainly upset the models much more than "The Ladder". Perhaps CyberVixen should read some of those comments.
