i re-install the software in a new computer and i can't download my "camilla" and "divine" shows, even don't appear in my collection and in the site but appear in the software without pic and i want download but appear error.

@kvayito. Do the shows play?

If they do I can PM you the card images, if the shows do not play you have two options.

1. Would be to PM the team to get a refund on the cards.

2. Wait and see for the results of Totems appeals.

This is because of legal actions where the shows had to be removed and until recently could still be redownloaded by those that owned them. This is now not possible.

Let me know what your situation is.

Do you Have the Shows on your Old Computer?
If YES, you can COPY the Shows from Old computer to New Computer.

i had a hard-drive crash in my old pc, so i better buy a complete new pc
that was many time ago, now i install the software again and found this error.

the missing shows are:

divine

• beverly hills
• emergency

camilla

• green valley
• yellow canary
• dark side
• sunny days

From your screenshot and what you have said it looks like you are out of luck. As the shows were on another computer they will not download.

Unless I have misread your post, it looks like a refund or wait for Totem's appeals.

Sorry, the shows are no longer on Totems Servers to be downloaded.

So you could request a refund.
But then that Might mess you up if the Appeal goes through.
One you get refunded, the cards are Gone.

But since it is just a few cards and Not a Lot of investment,
I would do like I am doing.

Just waiting for the results of the Appeal.

So What happens if Totem wins the Appeal?
At the Very Least Totem will be able to Allow Members who had already Purchased the cards to download them again.

The Very Best out come would be Totem can offer them for sale again.

I had the same problem and got a refund for my Divine-Collection, but I miss the shows anyway and could live whitout the refund. Is there anyone who saved them? Would be nice to contact me.

Each download is Unique to Each member ( specifically encoded ONLY for you)
So even if another member had the animation files, you could not use them.

In case you are not aware I bring this to your attention as well as all other members.

It is also a ***** of the T.O.S. to share files, or to even ask another member to share their files.

we tend to look the other way if it's just for example a missing card Image.
But asking or sharing the animation files is strictly prohibited.
and since the files are encoded specific to each member, you couldn't use them even if a member did send them to you.

The Only Hope is that Totem wins their Appeal in the courts, and can again offer them for sale.
