can you completely remove a card from your collection
I looked in help and customer service and could not find out how to do this

I did a search on remove a girl from your collection and it come up with nothing

How to remove an item from collection?
I purchased an item where the girl has fake boobs. I want to get rid of it.

The quickest thing to do is click on the card to open the page then click on the trashcan. The card is now deleted, you might change your mind later and you can re-download it.
Or you can click on the eye symbol to hide it.. you may change your mind later and can unhide it.
You could try asking customer service for help to remove the card and provide a refund.
If the card gets removed and refunded, you will no longer have access to it .. unless you purchase it again.
For future reference, if there is something (like fake boobs) that you really don't want, try reading the member comments and preview the card first. Also, try searching the forum for the models name to see comments
