Since I can see the desktop babes' cards in my vghd program, if I were to get a membership at both, could I associate the two accounts?
Also, do they both use the same program? If not normally, is there a way to make them use the same program?

Both sites content can be viewed but it is best to install both applications.
The programs are the same but you get extra skins and also adds another path to your registry.
You should be able to use your VGHD account for Both sites.
The deskbabes site will be merging with VGHD soon only one account is sufficient.
