I dunno how well it worked out for you in the past, but I always liked the idea of you hiring 'amateur' models off the internet, and essentially trading some traffic with them. Shelby Bell (whom I loved) and Christine Young (who I didn't care for) are the two examples I remember.

beauty is obviously intepretation, i personally think betty ballhaus looks better then any of the girls on virtuagirl so far :)

She would be great on VGHD.
Problem is, she is Canadian. Totem currently does European girls (or at least girls currently working in Europe) almost exclusively. If some fan wants to pay for her to go to Paris and stay there for a couple of days, then Totem might shoot her. Otherwise it is never gonna happen.
My suggestion is to only suggest girls that Totem might actually bring in. That eliminates almost all of North American girls that aren't already working in Europe.
