Does a subscription rebill give me 10 free credits?

When I subscribed for 6 months I got 10 free credits.
So what I'm wondering is; do I get another 10 free credits when I get rebilled?
Or do I have to cancel and then resubscribe to score those 10 free credits? =P

It's a 1 time only thing.
Even if you Cancel and then start a new subscription. You only get it once.

That's funny. Because last time my subscription rebill was canceled because I couldn't afford it. I then subscribed again for another 6 months later when I could afford it and I got 10 free credits.

It should be one time per level of subsciption.

That means you can take the 1 month, 3 month and 6 month and get all the free tickets. (Not all at the same time).

It should not give free tickets on auto renewal.
It should not give free tickets if you sign up after a period of leave.

What it should and shouldn't do is obviously not as you think it is @SexyAgent.

Putting people's "opinions" aside, can I get a real answer now? Perhaps from a moderator? Where's Alerte when you need him, he's a top bloke.

Again, the question is "Do I get 10 credits on rebill"?; nothing more nothing less.

Canceling and resubscribing later gets me 10 credits, I already know this as fact, so please do not address this part.

Also before anyone asks me "Did you subscribe for 6months the first time and then 6months again after the cancel", YES I DID. It was NOT differing amounts of subscription for each payment.

then for information, the free tickets you get for you first incription are free tickets of Welcome.

you not get free tickets when you rebill.

A simple question it is. Here's the simple answer: NO.

As a matter of fact, you have your facts wrong. Here's what happened. The last time Totem changed the software and the website, they also, somehow, did reset the count for the subscriptions. I've been subscribed many times and i only got the tickets the first time, then the changes came and, surprise, i got the tickets again after that. Then i subscribed again since then a couple of times and i got none.

So, you won't get the tickets again for a 6 month subscription, no matter how you buy it. But don't take my word for that, go ahead and see for yourself.

If you let your subscription expire then re-subscribe you WILL if you change the plan from 6 months to 1, and the other way around

PS. Celeine is out on Maternity leave, If she was working, It's quite possible that your EXTRA 10 credits would be revoked.

I had a subscription, and due to a reissue of a Credit Card, the Auto Re-bill did not go through.
But it took about 15 days for it to catch up. In that 15 days I continued to get my Daily Cards.
Once the re-bill issue caught up, all 15 cards were revoked. ( They were removed from my account )
So not all Totem mistakes, are just left go. Sometimes they make corrections, even if it's not in your favor.

So the fact that as you say, you DID get a Second set of 10 credits, you should feel thankful that Totem has allowed you to keep them.

I second the above comments.

I will also note, that while the mods will try and help with queries, it is not their primary role.

I posts quite some time ago what the role of the mods, and simpley put,that is to ensure that the forum is used according to the terms and conditions and that impolite or inappropriate conduct is restrained, hopefully without the need for ***** action.

Where we can, we will help or escalate to a team member as appropriate.

The purpose of the forum, however is to let members interact with each other to share information and views. Particularly in the Bugs & Fixes category, to help one another.

Here there are a great many members who have a collective knowledge of the software and cards that exceeds any one individual. Disrespect to another member will not be tolerated and that is quite apart from the fact that other members may just choose to ignore those rude member’s future queries.

A broad apology is warranted.
