PS. Celeine is out on Maternity leave, If she was working, It's quite possible that your EXTRA 10 credits would be revoked.
I had a subscription, and due to a reissue of a Credit Card, the Auto Re-bill did not go through.
But it took about 15 days for it to catch up. In that 15 days I continued to get my Daily Cards.
Once the re-bill issue caught up, all 15 cards were revoked. ( They were removed from my account )
So not all Totem mistakes, are just left go. Sometimes they make corrections, even if it's not in your favor.
So the fact that as you say, you DID get a Second set of 10 credits, you should feel thankful that Totem has allowed you to keep them.
