I purchase 13 Cards as it says in my account. However 4 out of the 13 cards i have purchase wont download its content. The card is grey and when i click the "Plus Symbol" on those cards it says "Type : Full Show" , "Show not downloaded".

How do i get them to download ? i have tried clicking on the "check for news" in the Advance setting but still nothing. only the "checking for updates" and "updating models" appear.

Hello @Dragonx. For those cards if you click on the plus symbol and select delete content and then redownload, this should then let you play the cards. If still problems just ask.

go to your windows search and type in a0567 and open the data folder delete the a0567.vhdinf file. then an the advance settings page of the downloader right click on the check for updates a plus sign will appear click on that then a window will pop-up stating that this will reset your cards, click OK then wait for it to reset your cards, go to the my collection page and see if Morgane is in your collection. if it's there click on it's plus sign and you should see CV post. then all you have to do is download it
