I know you don't think much of your customers, but I guess this post will make you very happy!
I get the hint @Richard, I send customer support an E-mail (how many months ago?)and I get a reply email saying that Richard has received the E-mail, but no reply!
I have had PM's from members suggesting what to do, BUT problem has not been fixed!
One person suggested that my computer has a Virus, I must dismiss this suggestion as I have downloaded and and used other programs with no problems what so ever!
The problem only happens when I go to install "VGHD" software, if someone can explain to me how a "virus" can only infect the one program and nothing else, by all means please explain it to me?! I have run virus scans......clean, nothing!

Thanks Didge, but I don't think that I should have to buy a new computer, even if that is the problem, I am pissed off that "customer support" have not tried to even contact me! If by some chance I can get the program to work, maybe then I might re-new my subscription, also the cards that I have to re-download my complete collection again, that would blow my internet allowance out of the water for 3-4 months!

PS; I read a thread by Pianogrinder not that long ago and agree with what he had to say, wholeheartedly.

Well, OK, Blue,...it's not like you would be missing very much these days !!!...and you can always pop in, during walkabout !!!...
The good Times are over,....having been destroyed by a few ego-trippers,....so who knows what effect future updates may have on your particular software !!!...
Just keep your eye on it from time to time or drop a few PM's through the letterbox !!!
Just don't say, " It's Goodnight Irene !!!... ".......:)

Hang in there Deek, I haven't been up to being here in a while now, but I will escalate this and see what happens. I ***** to lose good friends so just hang in a little longer and we'll see what happens.

hello @deekayd, before delete or uninstall see for made a security copy of VGHD. of course all the folder Models. in the folder DATA all folders and the file models.lst.

personnally i format and reinstall all my system one time by year.

or i find several solutions for restaure a little my computer for wait the more time possible before reinstall, specialy 3 folders !!!!

the folder Temp - internet
the folder Recent Documents
the folder Temp Sys

only with this 3 folders you store more of 1200 files for one years !!!!!!!

i not want be sarcastique, but we use one think we don't know use. that the problem of computer. and no Team can't know exactly your configuration and give a real answer. or the team must give more time for find. that you must anderstand are not always possible. for that we are several benevole for tri to help.

when i help one user i stay more 4 hours for several and complexe situation.

my advice, tri to lurn use your computer.
