I've just upgraded my version of Virtuagirl, and now all the cards I have downloaded have gone!! If I go to the website, it recognises that they are in my collection, so I can't re-download them. What can I do to reclaim all my girls??

Have you tried clicking on check for news in the advanced settings tab?
