uninstalled old way and cleaned registry manually plus winxp manager

well, my new location is c:\program files\vghd where my shortcut points...no more C:\

now i suppose one show are complet, can you see a show ? after have start leave a moment several time that can take 4 minutes before the first clip come.

I See trouble in the "WindowPlayerTransparency"="a0210" and "WindowPlayerTransparency2"="a0210" values.

These should be a number between "0" to "9"

also "WindowPlayerShadowMode"="a0210" that should be a "0" or "1"

Also wrong values in these;
"Side"
"Zoom"
"Zoom2"

I think right click on "V" icon, then use Desktop tab.
Change All of the Desktop Settings to something new, then ok to change them back. click OK.

Then run the bat file again and see if the New values are different.

hello @Wyldanimal ty good see, i am concentred to the test of the new program and not have time to see here !!!! lol, yes lot of value are bad. is normal that not work i hope @zoltex you have not changed lot of value lol !!!!! or is possible because you account name have special caractére the program not write in the good place, but i test your account name and i have not problem.

No change - hovering over V in tray tells me what show is running but not viewable anywhere

zoom = 1
zoom2 = 2

please no change value yourself if you have not the control of what you made and say that not work after. i lost several day for tri to anderstand what wrong.

now if that not work uninstall all and install again.

open a new account, or format your hardrive with a good name.

and no change value yourself, use the program for.

after that you are of course welcome @zoltex and have funrious with the show and the forums.

changing was recommended by @Wyldanimal and you accepted it that my registry was incorrect, but that was changed for no good...

yeah, I uninstalled with vghd uninstaller plus some manual edit out

last night I successfully installed Vista Ultimate over xp pro sp3 (not recommended) that saved most of my settings, less a couple of drivers (printer and net card to be updated)

vghd re-installed to c:/program files/vghd and C:UserszhAppDataRoamingvghdData ...Models

I guess, xp pro SP3 slipstream (so I coudn't remove it to revert to SP2) is a bad setting for this vituagirl v1.0.3

Now I'll be surfing google to find a Vista speed up script, I did not use it too long at the first time, 2 years ago?, and capped the XP for speed in dual boot;
