What are your favourite desktop settings?
Mine:

• Windows XP SP3 windows classic look
• Fixed three line taskbar
• All icons hidden
• resolution 1280x768
• blue background. (plain blue window with some lighting effects)

- Windows Vista SP1 style Aero

• TV Sony Bravia 26 inches, resolution 1360x768
• Activated the program "Vetton Wallpapers” which changes each 20 seconds a picture on a desktop (in the list only mine Artwork with Zoe)
• All icons are in the panel of fast start
• And for me six cards of Zoe is not enough

Windows XP Professional SP3
1280x1024 resolution
background changing all 5 minutes (got my wallpapers (see screenshot) and some of turbofifes(pretty faces series) and CyberVixens('my art'- thread) artworks.)

Windows settings:
1280 x 800 screen res with a solid black background
Icons visible (gotta work sometime!)
VG settings:
Full mode (Size 100%, Transparency 0%)
Allow "No Nudity" shows

AOL, Metacafe, Desktop Keeley, and VirtuaGirl2 all set to start automatically on startup
VirtuaGirlHD set to NOT show up at all
